Rates - Terms and Conditions

Definitions

  • 30 minutes free briefing and preparation time both before and after your groups is included in the standard rate.
  • Day rate applies up to 4pm
  • Evening rate applies from 5pm onwards.

Cancellations

Cancellation charges for confirmed bookings are as follows:

  • Cancellation within 10 working days 50% of fee
  • Cancellation within 5 working days 100% of fee

Payment

  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.
  • Late paid invoices will be charged interest of 2% per month
  • VAT will be added to all invoices at the prevailing rate

Property

WUP Studios accepts no liability for any loss or damage to clients' property however this may be caused.

Extent of Liability

The maximum extent of WUP Studios liability shall be the cost of the fee agreed with the client (e.g. in the event of a loss of a recording due to oversight or technical failure or due to cancellation of a booked session by us). We accept no liability for any third party or consequential losses incurred by the client as a result of any error or omission on our part.
